Scite - CodeIgniter API Integration
This basically makes popups and calltip help for all the CodeIgniter functions (as well as php builtins) inside SciTE.
Visit browser:docs/scite to grab the files (sorry, haven't zipped them yet). See browser:docs/scite/README for install instructions.
